Student-Staff Consultative Committee
This committee meets twice each semester to discuss any questions, problems or suggestions arising from undergraduate modules. Each module taught in the Department has a course representative, who communicates the views and concerns of his/her classmates to this committee, having gathered student feedback either in class (with the tutor out of the room), or via email. This committee is chaired and minuted by students, and is the primary means by which undergraduates communicate with staff about their learning. It is also a useful forum for staff to explain and clarify the organisation of undergraduate teaching.
